Thank you for purchasing this mixed reality device, a fully integrated product that includes a projector, PC, and webcam in a single unified unit. This Limited Warranty is issued directly by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and applies solely to the software and assembled system of the device. By using the device, you agree to the terms and limitations outlined below.
1. Coverage Scope
This warranty exclusively covers:
System Software developed or provided by the manufacturer, including the base operating system image pre-installed at shipping and any manufacturer-issued software utilities, applications, and firmware updates.
Final Assembly and Integration, which includes the structural integrity, internal component wiring, mounting, and operational integration of the projector, PC, and webcam as a singular functional unit.
2. Duration of Warranty
This Limited Warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the end user (the “Warranty Period”), as evidenced by an original sales receipt or equivalent proof of purchase.
3. Manufacturer Responsibilities
During the Warranty Period, the manufacturer warrants that:
The device, when used under normal conditions, is free from defects in software design (excluding third-party applications not supplied with the device) and errors in system integration.
The physical integration of components (projector, PC, and webcam) has been assembled according to manufacturer specifications and passes final quality assurance standards at the time of shipment.
Any manufacturing-related malfunctions or software issues arising from OEM-provided components or integration will be repaired or replaced, at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
4. Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does NOT cover:
Hardware components individually (projector, PC motherboard, webcam sensor, etc.), even if they fail independently. Each component is separately covered under their individual manufacturer's warranty.
Any third-party software, drivers, or operating systems not provided or pre-installed by the OEM.
Damage or issues caused by:
Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
Physical abuse, liquid spills, fire, or power surges
Use of unsupported accessories or improper power supply
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage)
Failure resulting from installation or configuration by the customer, including connection to incompatible peripherals or networks.
Latent defects in separately warranted parts provided by third-party OEMs.
5. Software Warranty Specifics
The manufacturer guarantees that, for the duration of the Warranty Period:
OEM-supplied software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation and will not contain critical defects that materially hinder device operation.
Updates or patches issued during the Warranty Period to address bugs, security issues, or compatibility concerns will be provided free of charge.
If the software fails to function as warranted, the sole remedy will be:
Repair or replacement of the software, or
Provision of an equivalent workaround or update, as determined by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Assembly Warranty Specifics
The physical integration of the projector, PC, and webcam is guaranteed to be:
Assembled following quality control protocols.
Structurally sound and compliant with manufacturer safety guidelines.
Free from internal wiring errors, alignment issues, or component detachment that arises from manufacturing defects.
If the device’s assembly is deemed defective during the Warranty Period, the manufacturer will, at its discretion:
Repair the integration fault.
Replace the device with a fully assembled unit.
Issue a refund or credit equivalent to the original purchase price (only if repair or replacement is not feasible).
7. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the end user must:
Contact the manufacturer’s support center through the official service portal or customer support line.
Provide a valid proof of purchase and serial number.
Describe the issue in detail and provide evidence (photos, video, error logs if applicable).
Follow return or repair shipping instructions if applicable. The customer is responsible for safe packaging and return shipping costs; return shipping for repaired/replaced units will be covered by the manufacturer.
Warranty service turnaround may vary depending on diagnostic time, parts availability, and logistics.
8. Replacement and Service Terms
Any replacement product or part provided under this warranty:
Will be new or factory-refurbished and functionally equivalent.
Is warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days—whichever is longer.
Any repaired or replaced software will be covered under the original software warranty provisions.
9. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be assigned to subsequent owners or users without prior written consent from the manufacturer.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of data, lost revenue, downtime, or hardware replacement costs not covered under this agreement.
